老李先教我们怎样起步，怎样刹车，这是滑雪的基本动作。他一边示范动作一边讲解：“滑雪时，脚要分开，腿要弯曲，身体向前倾。刹车时，脚要呈八字形。这样才能保持身体平衡，不会摔跤。”然后就让我们分小组练习，他则在一旁纠正动作，一板一眼，毫不懈怠。等我们练熟以后，他又教我们拐弯：“左拐时，右脚用点力；右拐时，左脚用点力。”这看似简单的`事情，做起来却着实要费一番苦工。我练习了一会儿，还是不得要领，急得直冒汗。细心的老李似乎看出了我的心思，连忙到我身边，开始一步一步地指导。时间一分一秒地过去了，不知不觉地我已经可以在冰上小心翼翼地走来走去了。不过还是不能像教练那样，像一只轻盈的飞燕，在冰上自由地飞翔。
练完基本动作后，我们排成一队，跟着教练上电动传送带，缓缓地到达山顶。教练从传送带上把我们一个接一个地抱下来，直到看我们站稳当了，他才放手。我们先在中级滑道上面学习，这个坡大概有三十度。教练先示范了五次，让我们自己回忆动作的要领试着滑。我一个大步子迈出去，身体便失去了重心，摇摇晃晃地在冰上挣扎了几下，重重地摔倒了。“哎哟！”我不禁大声喊了出来，老李急忙跑过来，小心地把我搀起来，扶着我回到了平地。“还疼吗？”“有一点疼，不过还好，没事的。”我回答道。“滑雪要一步步来，欲速则不达呀！”我不好意思地点了点头。“不过，你是个勇敢的小姑娘，摔跤了也没有哭鼻子，真令我刮目相看！”老李笑了，我也笑了。
我们就这样在欢声笑语中学会了滑雪，那真是一段快乐的时光。我多希望寒假快点来呀，这样我还能跟着老李学滑雪。我仿佛看到了老李带着我们从高级滑道的最高处滑下来，就像一只在雪道上飞舞的蝴蝶。
