　　今天，英语老师拿着昨天我们考过的英语达标赛的试卷来到我们教室。

　　只见英语老师放下手中的英语试卷，笑嘻嘻地说：“同学们，你们这次英语达标赛的成绩是可喜可贺的，一共有四十一个是满分的，最低分是九十四分，比我预想的结果要好很多，同时在全年段的名次也是位居前几位的。当然，这么好的成绩离不开同学们这几天来的辛勤的付出。因此，只要你努力的去学，去复习，肯定是会有收获的。付出和回报总是成正比例的。”接着，英语老师报了一下分数。我满以为我也是那四十一个中的其中一个。可是，当老师报到我的名字的时候，我却只得了九十八分。我感到很失落，我真的`不敢相信。我怎么可能拿不到满分呢？我明明已经很仔细的检查了，也没有发现错误。可是，事实却摆在眼前。我不得不相信。

　　对于，这次的英语达标赛我真的是非常的遗憾，连平时比我差的同学都拿了满分。哎！我竟然没有考好。现在说什么也迟了。

　　I had a very bad day yesterday. Everything went wrong. In the morning, my alarm clock didn't ring, so I woke up one hour later. When i was making breakfast, I burned my hand. Then I ran out of the house to catch the bus, but I missed it. I ran three kilometres to school only to find that it was Sunday.

　　成功举办这次活动可不容易。要知道，老师们为此辛辛苦苦地筹备。同学们也不例外：大家都忙着购买“红毯战袍”，妈妈还特意为我准备了一套“诸葛亮古袍”。

　　英语节那天，同学们有的穿蜘蛛侠，有的.穿皮卡丘，还有的穿自己“制作”的衣服。不少同学为此“撞衫”。意想不到的是，我穿的三国军师服居然也会撞衫……于是，早自习变成了自我展示秀，许多同学在炫耀自己的服装；于是，早锻炼也成为了“舞会”：所有学生与自己身后的人手拉手跳舞。有男女跳，有女与女跳，甚至还有男与男跳，大家其乐融融，非常开心。当然，当天上课照常，虽然同学还在走回味走红毯的激动，但没有人像老僧入定一样发呆，影响学习。

　　欢快的时光总是那么短暂，转眼间，为期一周的英语节结束了。接着就是紧张的期末复习，我相信，同学们经过努力领到成绩单后的心情会像今天一样欢快！
