一篇作文交给老师后要一个多星期后才能拿到，等拿到手，学生早已忘掉当初是怎样写的了。再看看从头到尾的红圈圈和各种标记，学生对自己的写作能力总是表示怀疑，积极性大受挫伤，进而也对英语作文失去了信心和兴趣。，怎样批改和点评学生作文才能激发学生的写作热情，增强他们的自信心，并使他们及时了解自己作品的缺陷，通过修改和纠错来使自己掌握写作的基本技巧，复习语言运用知识，最终达到提高写作能力的目的，这些就是我在教学过程中一直思考的问题。
一、 确立以肯定为主的评价风格，着力挖掘优点，激发学生的写作热情。
1、兴趣与自信对英语学习的作用是众所周知的。而二者的产生和保持在一定程度上依赖于付出努力后所获得的成就感。因此，学生每完成一篇作文，我们都应尽量发现其可取之处，给予恰当的表扬并提出中肯的意见，让学生期待下一次完成得更好。每一次肯定、欣赏的评价，都是帮助学生挖掘其内动力的最好的催化剂。所以，在评价学生作文时，我主要采取朋友式的交流方式，探讨学生文章立意的的新颖之处、思想的深度、结构是否清晰、段落是否分明、语言表达是否准确生动。
2、每一次习作后我都选择几篇文体规范、结构完整、段落分明、语言流畅的作文作为范文在全班朗读并展示。选择时，我不受分数的局限，只要有特色就行。讲评时我大力表扬并宣读他们的作品，从构思、谋篇布局到语言运用诸方面充分肯定作文的优点，指出他们在分析审题、谋篇成段、语言运用等方面的过人之处，并以此归纳总结这一类主题作文中常用的.结构、句型和习惯表达。这样不但可以使学生多接触优秀的范文，还可以激发被选中学生的积极性，并促进未入选者。事实证明，许多学生你追我赶，甚至暗中叫劲，都想让自己的作品成为下一次的范文。

二、运用多种形式的批改方法，立体评价，分类指导。
1、重视批改书面表达练习。对学生书面表达作业的批改是课堂写作教学的自然延伸。对作文的批改不仅局限于订正学生所犯的语法错误上，而是从两个层次上加以批改，即语篇层次和语法层次。既改内容和结构，又改语法和用词错误，既要求行文流畅，又要求逻辑性强，结构严谨。事实上，批改作文时，要考虑以下几个问题：1)主题是否突出，是否有中心句。2)段落安排是否合理。3)语言是否流畅、合理。4)是否有重复使用的词语和表达方式。5)是否有拼写错误。6)文章格式是否正确。7)文章的开头和结尾是否合理、正确。8)文章是否有条理性和逻辑性。
2、根据对不同个体水平的了解，采取不同修改方式。对无法自行纠错的学生可直接删除错误表达并给出正确表达，如果时间允许的话，最好采取面批的形式;对基础好的学生可以就用一些学生知道的符号将错误标识出来，交给学生自己去感悟并纠正，这样做比老师直接写出正确表达的效果要好得多。不过对学生纠正后的作文还应定期检查。

三、注重作文批改的整体效应，强调对作文的讲评。
1、选取优秀作文历数其长。每次批改后选出一些较好的作文，和学生一起点评。从构思、谋篇布局到语言运用诸方面充分肯定作文的优点，指出他们在分析审题、谋篇成段、语言运用等方面的过人之处，并以此归纳总结这一类主题作文中常用的结构、句型和习惯表达。这样可以使学生多接触优秀的范文，并掌握各种文体作文的套用结构和语言。

任何事情都有两面，黄金周假期也带来了成堆的问题。一方面，由于全国各地的人们都在同一时间度假，几乎所有地方都挤满了人：火车、公共汽车、旅馆、景点等等，这些都破坏了人们的度假心情。另一方面，一些商人利用为期一周的假期，提高商品和服务的价格。
就我个人而言，我认为人们有很长的`假期是必要的，但是没有必要在同一段时间内休假。相反，他们应该被允许自由安排自己的假期。只有这样，他们才能真正放松下来，重新振作起来，投入到新一轮的工作中去。

this story made me think of a junior middle school classmate of mine. once he told me that their leagus secretary often put them to the trouble of long meetings,at which she would made long,long speeches,all empty words. everybody suffered. such meetings achieve little and waste precious time. but she herself did not realize it. if anyone dared to prevent her from speaking or get in some words to cut her short,she would get angry and criticize him severely.①my friend said regretfully②,“i would rather be regarded as a bad student. only in this way could i make free use of my precious time.”such a remark sounds discouraging. but such things not only happen in my friend's school,but also in many offices and units. everyone must always bear in mind③that time is money,time means life. today,if one still enjoys a two-hour meeting over a cup of tea and a cigarette,he is wasting his life,and the lives of others as well.

There are many ways of traveling. People may travel by plane if they want to travel far and reach their destination in a shorter time. It is the most comfortable but expensive way. Most people travel by train because it is a less expensive way but the compartments are cramped and stuffy. Bus journey is a cheaper way but it is spent on narrow, bumpy roads which are crowded with traffic. Trips by ship may be the cheapest and most comfortable way but it takes too much time.
I like traveling by bike. I can set out when I like and stop when I like. I can go wherever I like so that I can enjoy delightful spots rarely visited by other travelers. When I feel tired, I sit down by the bike and have a good rest. Besides, I can save much money for tickets and much time in waiting for the train or bus. I can cover more places by riding a bike than going on foot.
Traveling by bike is good to health. It is really a sort of good exercise to strengthen one's muscles and to test one's will. Moreover, it brings no pollution to the air. So it helps to clean the atmosphere.
