　　一级预测：政府决策类 (Highly Possible)

　　入选理由：英国上次(6.14)考的就是政府决策类话题，由于考题会在不同考区轮换使用，因此近期“轮换”到中国大陆考区的可能性还是比较大的，毕竟该类话题一来本来就是雅思作文最常考的两大话题之一，二来上一次考试中国大陆考区考的是青少年教育类话题，这次不太可能重复同类话题(5月到6月青少年教育类已经考了N多次了......)。

　　二级预测: 意识形态类（抽象话题类） (Possible)

　　入选理由：很简单，该类话题很久没考了。
