　　My favorite animal is the dolphin. They live in the ocean. And they are cute and beautiful. They not only swim fast, but are also smart. Their color is gray. They can swim and jump in the ocean. They look like fish, but they are mammals. Dolphins can be trained by people because they can learn things very quickly. They are very friendly, so I love them very much.

　　Dog is my favorite animal. The reason why I like it most is because it’s very competent. Dog is the best friend for mankind. It is also the best companion for the old people.

　　The dog can feel the human nature. So many old people will raise dogs if their children are not with them. The old can give their love for their children to the dog to make themselves feel warmly. I believe the seeing eye dog is very famous. They are special dogs. Those dogs will guide their owners whose eyes is blind to go the correct way. See, I say dogs are very competent.

　　Hippopotamus Hippopotamus amphibius The hippopotamus is one of the world’s largest and heaviest land animals.It lives partly in water and partly on land.Although strictly a plant eater,the hippopotamus has massive jaws with formidable tusks.

　　Hippos have an unpredictable temperament and are capable of biting through small boats and slicing crocodiles in two.Hippos trample riverbanks and lakeshores,creating a maze of waterside paths and wallows that they use to get access to the plants they eat.Hippos spend their days lazing in or near water,emerging after dark to feed.
