when the fruit is ripe its soft skin is yellow and resembles a small plantain. the flesh of the fruit is soft, sweet, and a very pale cream color. banana plants are cut down after the fruit has been removed, because they bear fruit only once. a piece of the root is planted again and in a few months the young plant grows several feet height. it takes two years before the plant begins to flower and bear fruit. bananas are an excellent provider of energy and a healthy addition to anyone’s diet. banana is the perfect supplement for active people. it provides large amounts of vitamin b-6 and vitamin c, which are two of the vitamins most commonly lost during strenuous exercise.
banana is most well known as a supplier of potassium. potassium is very important to muscle function and is the nutrient most often associated with relieving muscle cramps. the potassium in banana may also help reduce the likelihood of hypertension and stroke. banana is also high in dietary fiber, and thus may reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, especially colon cancer. banana is also packed with natural energy and phytonutrients.

Back in the years when I was only six years old or so, I had my first taste of English. It seemed very strange to me. At the very beginning, I was not so interested in this strange language. Moreover, the English TV program always took time away from my cartoon shows. As a result, I started to hate English.
Time flies. Things completely changed at the end of my primary school life. In the last exam of the whole primary school period, I did so well in English that I got a full mark. I found that I could do a perfect job in English if I put my heart on it. This exam seems to be a turning point on my road of studying English and has really inspired me. Although there are still many challenges waiting for me, these setbacks won’t hurt my confidence and will push me to study harder.
Nothing is impossible for willing hearts and I believe, in the future, I can fly as high as I wish to.

首先，对各位家长能抽出休息的时间来参与这次家长会表示深深的感谢！我们现在的孩子学习英语应当存在这些难题：首先英语不是我们的母语，没有现成的语言环境，不能在日常生活中反复运用。其次，三、四班级是英语学习的初级阶段和基础阶段，培育孩子良好的学习英语的学习习惯是最最要的。这些好的学习习惯会让他们在英语学习的道路上受益匪浅。同时激发孩子的学习爱好，让孩子树立学好英语的自信念。这些需要我们老师和家长的共同努力与协作。
在座的家长对自己子女的状况比我更加清晰。同学们都是在同一起跑线上起跑的，经过这三年的学习，同学与同学之间已经拉开了差距，特殊是这本英语书，看起来简洁，但是却是特别难的，难度消失了，两极分化就开头严峻了。一些好的同学学习爱好浓，学习劲头足，课堂上乐观思维，踊跃发言，课后准时巩固，形成了良性循环的好势头。他们的学习习惯好，在听、说、读、写方面都能齐头并进，我为他们感到欣慰。可也有一些同学，平常学习马虎，基础不扎实，功亏一篑，导致他们现在课上听讲消失困难，用他们自己的话说：“我听不懂。”听不懂，还不努力，书面作业拖拉不交，口头作业根本不完成，如此一来，学习自然成了件头痛事，麻烦事。其实，大部分的同学还是处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的作业能够基本完成，但学习的效率又因人而异，存在着个体差别。尽管他们平常不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但是说起各方面的表现，又总有一丝圆满，我们总盼望他们能够再上一个台阶。
作为一名英语老师，我认为我对班级的孩子是尽心尽责的。我每天早来晚走，一心扑在班级的英语教学上。两个班的好几套作业，《同步探究》，《补充习题》，1、2、3号作业本和各种纸上的练习等等我都仔细的进行批改。有的时候还要带回家改。但是结果却不是那么的尽如人意。我分析后发觉问题主要出在孩子的学习方法和学习习惯上。我发觉学习成果好的孩子，他们都有好的学习习惯和学习方法。
1.好的听课习惯
2.学习英语主要就是操练句子，要说英语，学了要能说出来才是会了。
3.作业是课堂教学的补充和巩固，作业完成质量的好坏直接关系到学问把握的坚固程度。好的作业完成习惯包括按时完成作业和按时交作业，按老师的要求仔细的，字迹清楚的正确的完成作业。
熟悉三班级下学期
中班级是学校阶段中一个关键性的班级，我们称它为转折点。三班级处于转折前期。在这个阶段，同学的身心和学习内容上都会发生巨大的变化，假如忽视了这个阶段的学习，那对同学今后的学习将会产生很严峻的影响。为了什么会消失这种情形呢？我认为中班级主要消失了以下几个方面的变化：
1、学习内容
从三班级开头，孩子们的学习内容变了。低班级主要是一些特别基础的学问，只要孩子肯下功夫，一般不成问题。到了中班级，学习的学问由简洁到简单，从低班级的形象思维向高班级的抽象思维过渡，这对同学提出了更高的要求，基础必需扎扎实实地把握，该读的还要读，该抄的还得抄，该练的还得练。但同时还要拓展孩子的思维，从不同角度去考虑问题。课堂上抄写的内容我们可以看孩子1号本，能到A+的同学确定是比较好的。
2、心理方面
孩子长大了，也学会了思索，更学会了察言观色，喜爱的人，他情愿和你沟通，不喜爱的人就会跟你对着干。而且有些事他会放在心里，不喜爱和老师、家长沟通，假如你关怀他了，重视他了，或许他兴奋了就会把自己的心里话和你说说、不兴奋就埋在心里，让你摸不透他的想法，这样就无法指导他的学习。另外，家长还要把握好批判的尺度，这阶段的孩子自尊心渐渐增加，也就是我们通常在讲的孩子知道“难为情”了，他怕“丢面子”了，所以各位家长在教育孩子的时候要把握好尺度。
3、学习方面
说到学习在座的家长都深有体会。现在的孩子越来越不好辅导了。在一二班级时，有的同学在课堂上不留意听讲，回家以后，家长在家里关心他们记记生字，背背课文，到考试的时候还是能考到比较满足的成果。现在学习的内容难度加大了，各门功课的作业量相对多了，但也不至于要写到晚上十一、二点，主要是学习方法转变了。同学的学习不应是一种被动学习，而是一种主动学习。但我们的孩子，大多数都属于一种被动学习，甚至处于躲避学习的状态。比如，最明显地就是表现在作业上。这主要表现在低班级时是被动的接收性学习方法为主，老师教我怎么做我就怎么做，很少有自己的主见和想法，那么现在进入三班级以后就不提倡这种做法了，同学应当是自己主动的去学习，是“我要学”，而不是“要我学。”因此，有一些同学由于不想学，为了躲避写作业在家长面前说：“今日老师没布置作业。”那么在这里我也可以明确的告知在座的每一位家长，“今日没有作业”这句话是不成立的。老师每天都布置有肯定量的作业，就算老师间或没布置作业，同学自己也有一些其他作业等着去完成，如可以预习老师没讲过的内容，也可以复习老师已经讲过的学问。由于以上转变，所以会消失一部分同学求知欲增加，对学问追求，因此成果越来越好，或者有明显进步。而有一部分同学消失惰性，怕辛苦，也有一部分同学对学习不协调，当然这类同学想把成果搞上去就相对会累一点。班级中三门功课能比较精彩的.有：郝程伟、张源、毛丽莹、夏玉婷、姚逸飞、孔彦成、杨淳迪和陈乾轩。
4、课堂方面
三班级的课堂，特别重要。所以我特别重视课堂教学，每堂课都细心作为预备，吸引同学的留意力。在课堂上，同学学习状态两极分化相当严峻，有一部分同学的思维是相当活跃的，每个问题都能乐观思索回答，同学，这一部分孩子课堂效率比较高。但也有一部分同学上课总是游离在课堂之外，经常在抽屉里玩东西，做小动作，或者和同学说“静静话”，根本不听老师的讲课，也不乐观思索问题。久而久之，成果下滑很严峻，惰性很强。这学期，我盼望每一位同学最起码一堂课发一次言，给自己订下目标，从而提高自己的学习效率。课堂的状况我们可以从墙上加分表上看出来。
5、成果方面：
虽然说几次考试成果不能代表孩子的全部学业，至少反映了孩子这半个学期的学习态度和学习状况。在这里，我要提示家长伴侣正确对待分数：中班级，同学分数的波动还是相当大的，不能一看到孩子考得不好就冲孩子大发雷霆，甚至有家长在冲动之下对孩子大打出手。人心都差不多，人不是常胜将军，哪会有次次都胜利的？所以，对待孩子的考试成果，我们家长不应当只盯着不如意的分数，不能光冲孩子发火和打骂，而是应当急躁地、心平气和地与孩子一起分析错误的缘由，关心他弄懂意思，改正错误才是上策。请关注孩子的学习过程。考试分数只是衡量同学学习的一个指标，而不是唯一指标。在某种程度上可以说，学习过程的一些特点比分数更重要。有的同学甚至也能考到95分，但是对数学的爱好不够高，主动性不高，独立思索不够，与同学们沟通的习惯还没养成，他的学习潜力将受到限制。假如家长和老师不去关心他们，学习成果将会无法得到提高。
6、其他方面
转折时期，思想教育也很重要。在学校主要反应为不太遵守课堂和课间纪律。上课不举手，发言没声音，下课就大吵大闹。打了上课铃，一点反应都没有。写作业也窃窃私语，纪律在大幅度下滑。表扬段佳佳妈妈她们常常会和老师沟通孩子最近的状况，和老师一起努力，让孩子朝好的方向进展。其实，孩子这么小，还是应当和父母在一起，由父母来督促学习，效果是最明显的。不要把孩子扔给爷爷奶奶，或者扔给家教，这些可以说，都是不负责任的做法。虽然我教两个班级，但是我为了各别孩子，本学期我坚持了检查回家作业记载本，其实这项作业大部分孩子我还是放心的，主要还是针对一些作业落后的同学，但是无论从家长你们口中或者是其他同学口中我都得知还是有效果的，那么我也会坚持这项内容的，盼望家长也要坚持，为了不打击孩子的乐观性，这项作业的检查到学期末我也会对仔细的同学发奖的。
在这里还是盼望家长能根据老师的要求每天检查孩子的作业完成状况，包括笔头的和口头的，有时间的最好签个字，让我知道你在关怀你孩子的英语学习状况。在学校里我会尽自己的最大努力去关注和关怀每一位同学。
我教三班级五班级两个个班90多位同学的英语，工作量相对较大，工作中难免会消失一些不足，盼望家长能准时的指出同时也能赐予我一点理解和支持，让我们共同为孩子的进展和提高努力
