三、双方权利与义务

2. 甲方应提供演出所需的场地、设备等必要条件。

（二）乙方权利与义务
1. 乙方有权按照本合同约定获得演出费用。

Party B shall complete the performance task on time and with high quality as required by Party A.
3. 乙方应保证其演出内容不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权等合法权益。
Party B shall ensure that its performance content does not infringe any legitimate rights and interests such as intellectual property rights of any third party.
四、违约责任
1. 若甲方未按照本合同约定支付演出费用，每逾期一日，应按照未支付金额的`__%向乙方支付违约金。
If Party A fails to pay the performance fee in accordance with the provisions of this contract, it shall pay a liquidated damages of _% of the unpaid amount to Party B for each overdue day.
2. 若乙方未按照本合同约定完成演出任务，甲方有权扣除部分或全部演出费用，并要求乙方承担因此造成的损失。
If Party B fails to complete the performance task in accordance with the provisions of this contract, Party A has the right to deduct part or all of the performance fee and require Party B to bear the losses caused thereby.
五、争议解决
本合同在履行过程中如发生争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
In case of any dispute arising from the performance of this contract, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the peoples court having jurisdiction.
六、其他条款

四、违约责任
