  1、通过分析相关数据,驱动店铺销售,提升店铺的销售业绩

  2、成为客户服务模范,满足并超越客户预期

  3、成为品牌大使,不断展示品牌观念和价值,利用专业知识提升销售及客户忠诚度

  4、指导、培训团队成员的产品知识、服务及销售技巧;不断激励团队成员实现最佳绩效

  5、为店铺团队成员的岗位职责描述岗位要求、入职、培训及发展提供支持

  6、维持安全、有生产力的购物和工作环境,保证店铺正常运营

  7、与团队成员协调,不断执行和维持店铺已有的陈列和宣传材料

  8、在店铺经理缺席时代理店铺经理职务

  1、25-35周岁,全日制大专及以上学历

  2、至少2年以上零售或服务行业管理岗经验,具备一定的销售、对客服务及店铺和人员管理经验

  3、关注时尚,热爱运动,愿意在零售行业长期发展

  4、有亲和力,具有较强的服务意识及良好的学习、沟通、团队协作能力,目标导向,关注结果

  5、良好的分析、计算能力,能熟练使用office办公软件

  6、能适应快节奏的工作环境

  7、具备一定英语沟通能力者优先

  岗位职责:

  key responsibilities:

  5 working days and 2 breaks,but one day on weekends need to on shift.

  manage the training and onboarding of all new employees in the brand center in partnership with

  the management team to secure the best-in-class onboarding experience.

  partner with the brand center director and brand center management team to review,manage

  and optimize team performance through performance management,succession planning and

  employee development.

  track key information pertaining to succession planning,turnover trends,and employee relations.

  provide support to store leaders on the interpretation and consistent application of adidas policies,

  programs,initiatives on labor and employment issues/trends and employee relation needs to

  ensure they are creating and maintaining a positive and consistent employee relations

  environment.

  drive development through regular catch-up,annual review,talent and succession discussion and

  shine activities.

  provide an ear and be a coach to employees to help them navigate job issues,career

  development and answer general questions regarding hr programs and policies.

  identify employee development opportunities and implement education and training on tools.

  partner with the store management team to ensure on the floor team trainings are implemented

  into the business. provide,coordinate,participate and deliver training on a regular basis.

  build alliances with brand center management and establish a valuable consultative role at all

  levels within the brand center to ensure hr initiatives,programs,and policies are fully understood

  and implemented.

  

  development booklet,leave supporting documents etc.

  attend the recruitment selection center to support candidate interview.

  prepare and create standard reports as well as personnel records to ensure smooth

  processes for hr programs/projects/ processes/system.

  other job duties as assigned

  excellent interpersonal,communication,problem solving and follow-up skills.

  advanced ms office skills

  industry: preferably in retail/apparel industry

  requisite education and experience / minimum qualifications:

  university degree in human resources management / business or related area or equivalent

  professional experience.

  prior experience working in retail with a focus on training and/or recruitment and/or operations

  highly preferred

  minimum 3 years of retail and/or retail marketing experience.

  language skills

  english: workable

  local language: fluent

阿迪达斯岗位职责4

  岗位职责:

  1.能按时完成店铺每日陈列工作

  2.店铺形象维护(包括:橱窗,商品整理,宣传品摆放等)

  3.可协助店铺楼层经理开展各项陈列工作,能及时发现并解决陈列问题

  4.在有上级领导安排的陈列工作时,能独立处理和解决所负责的陈列任务

  5.负责培训其余楼层销售人员

  岗位要求:

  1. 2年以上服装品牌驻店陈列工作经验及团队工作经验,能适应加班

  2.对陈列产品能有独特的`看法和理解,能根据公司要求及公司陈列标准,做出相应的陈列调整计划

  3.具有较强的理解能力,协调能力及沟通能力

  4.熟悉服装的色彩,面料及搭配,熟悉橱窗及店面陈列
